What is a Cancer Survivor?
According to the American Cancer Society, a cancer survivor is anyone who has a history of cancer, meaning they’ve had a cancer diagnosis and could be receiving treatment or have completed it. So, from the moment of diagnosis you become a cancer survivor.

- Treatments for the effects of cancer and its treatment
- Coordination between specialists and primary care practitioners to help ensure that your health needs are met.
